The "Vanilla Strawberry" hydrangea (Hydrangea Paniculata) produces large, cone-shaped flower heads by mid-summer that begin creamy white but change to pink and then a strawberry red as the fall weather approaches. It's changing color brings vibrancy to a garden as many other flowers have completed their blooming for the season.
