Prairie Dropseed (Sporobolus Heterolepis) is a graceful, low-maintenance native prairie grass with a flowering burst in late summer of pinkish brown floating above each slender stem. You may catch a hint of coriander scent from this bloom. When the green blades of grass turn a golden-orange, you know fall has officially arrived.
